# Ingrédients:

01 - 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
02 - 4 medium potatoes, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 onion, chopped

06 - 1 bell pepper, chopped

08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

# Instructions:
